The Active Lives Survey is designed to measure participation in sport and leisure activities across the whole of society.

It is important to us that everyone is able to complete the survey and to feel your answers are included, and that your data can be used to help various government agencies.

They may use the data to decide how to fund projects and organisations that will benefit local communities including disabled people.
