Your chosen gift voucher will be emailed to you within ten working days

If you do not receive your voucher within ten working days please check your junk or spam folder

What do I do if I have a problem redeeming the voucher?

If you have any problems trying to redeem your voucher, please in the first instance try using a different browser/device.

If the problem persists, email us at activelives@ipsos.com or leave a voicemail message on 0808 129 6801 with your unique 14 digit reference number.
